How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, pick your size and colour on a product page, then tap Order on WhatsApp. We'll receive your message with the product, variant and quantity pre-filled, and reply within 30 minutes to confirm.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay in cash when we deliver your order in Mogadishu. For deliveries outside Mogadishu, we ask for a mobile money transfer (Hormuud EVC+, Zaad, or Waafi) before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Mogadishu: same-day or next-day delivery on orders confirmed before 4pm. Other cities in Somalia: 3–5 business days via courier.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free in Mogadishu on orders over $100. Below $100, a small fee ($1–2) applies. For other cities, courier fees are added at checkout (we'll quote you on WhatsApp).
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unworn items with original tags can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size or colour. Contact us on WhatsApp to start a return.
How do I know what size to order?
Check our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. If you're still unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your chest/waist measurements and we'll recommend the right size.
What is the fabric like?
Our scrubs are made from a premium cotton-poly blend — breathable, anti-wrinkle, and built to hold up through 12-hour shifts. Pre-washed and pre-shrunk so the fit stays true.
Do you offer bulk discounts for hospitals or clinics?
Yes. For orders of 10 or more pieces, message us on WhatsApp for bulk pricing. We work with hospitals, clinics, and medical schools across Somalia.
