Welcome to DoctorScrub. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering

Browsing prices on this site is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. An order is only confirmed once we reply to your WhatsApp message and accept it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery details.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Payment is made on delivery (cash) or as otherwise agreed over WhatsApp. We do not process online card payments through this website.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns & exchanges

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or exchange. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed garments cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Product information

We work hard to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual fabric. Sizes follow our size guide — please check it before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to DoctorScrub and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DoctorScrub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
